I think a JV partner or farmin is in the air, and i would think that friends of company members are perhaps doing the buying. Someone has been spilling the beans. coincidence naaah.
Good volume, up 10% , and the co is getting short of do ray me. Cottee and friends have to do something, otherwise this co will be sold for land value only........... come to think of it, that may not be such a bad thing.
My guess is a JV.
