I think buying NZC at 1x future CF or 1% resource value is very cheap as this high grade, low capex, low time to production resource should be trading at 5x or 5-10% respectively. The beauty of this asset is that this mine has "flagship" credentials so the downside is very limited. It should eventually go into production. Upside from Cu/Co prices or further exploration discoveries are a bonus. This has Disallowed written all over it.
