I would think we will see this for some time until the SPP settles down but someone is definitely intent on keeping the SP below .40c. I would say to flush out unsettled sellers when they can snap up their shares on the cheap. At the same time they can snap up shares allocated in the SPP from those wanting to stag their windfall which could be quite a considerable number. I half expect a substantial holder notice when this happens. Hold on and watch it play out but don't give them your shares. GLTAH
