They could be protecting; I'm not a chartist and don't put any weight to them.
I go by the company's business offering, managements credentials and individuals past and present performance. I get a better understanding of the company's direction by examining who and what's involved.
LPD is going places, big time. And that's all that's involved is 'time'.
