Maybe I am a novice at this and just don't understand but does...

    Maybe I am a novice at this and just don't understand but does anyone else find it strange that we have sellers at .003 and buyers at .002 for days at a time with no activity and as soon as a buyer appears at .003 a seller appears at .002, happened again today, seems to be a concerted effort to keep the price at .002, what am I missing?
