I would assume that say at least 10% of 1000 million placement shares will be offloaded after they are issued. Not all subscribers will be long term holders and a few will want to lock in some quick profits. That is at least 100 million shares to be sold. This has got to have effect on the share price. It may be the last cheap buying opportunity. Come mid-October the share price should start to move significantly north of where it is.
