Marketing/location is key in many businesses. If there is choice around, you need to make sure that your offering is the first choice, and that I believe will be a component of improving the "occupancy" situation for G8.
Looking at occupancy, 100% would be great, but would 90% be better to allow a (staff) performance factor that sets you above, much like teaching and nursing numbers. You would then have a margin for ad hoc intake on a day to day or short term basis. This could give you a more consistent operating base with quality of care point.
Look for options and opportunity.
