hav you checked out the problems that PV are creating for the fixed powerline industry?
This is why companies will begin to swap hands and merge, as they find ways of reducing cap exp in light of the major shift off the grid and onto solar.
Who's gonna pay the fixed power company bills/improvements when they have next to no customers eventually? It is going to force the cost of fixed line electricity up and it will then begin its spiralling death.
Before that happens, we will see musical chairs imo.
