I don't think Incredible charts will allow importing of data. IC is very basic platform, but easy to use.
If you still really want commodities data, go to a site like this: http://commodities.thefinancials.com/ and find a use any good charting package to import the data. eg. metastock, bullcharts etc. heaps of them out there.
OR if you really want to trade commodities, use IgMarkets CFD platform. They have good live charts, at a price.
