The worst scenario is a Take Over too early. We need the full value of the assets and forward sales to evolve , we need demand for share ownership to wipe out supply and we need forward earnings guidance from the company and a premium ratio of 20 plus (PER).....THEN bring on the Take Over offers and market driven competition.
