    I can't see someone doing this as a manipulation strategy. Surely if 1 share in volume lowered or raised the sp holders don't see that as terrible news rather some sort of algorithmic trade or order settlement process.
    My concerns or jubilation would lay with 20M shares lowering or raising the so, but that's just me.
