You could just perform an off market transfer to do this.
Basically fill out a form with the buyer and seller details, quantity of shares, price you sold them for (choose the price yourself but needs to be close to the current share price)
And it will all happen in about a week or so.
To perform an off market transfer costs around $55
I did it around 10 months ago transferring some shares from myself to my wife. It was very easy.
You could just perform an off market transfer to do this....
