    It all depends on how the Auditors see things.
    As LNC now has more debt they may want to protect themselves and make them do some write downs.

    I'm not saying it will happen but its something that needs to be considered.

    If there is no write downs I'm predicting a pre tax loss of approx $70M-$80M.

    Guess we will find out soon.
