Skate, I'd be careful believing that one blind. PB's comments are heavily bias towards the divestment of non core assets. Right now the numbers don't stack up.
Remember too that the Bonds are six months old so worst case we're looking at a raise in 18 months even going by those comments! So expect talk of it in a year.
