    Eligibility for the R&D Tax Incentive has stringent rules when it comes to money spent on overseas suppliers for R&D.

    I do not have any breakdown on overseas expenditure for outsourcing the product development and the fat salaries which will be excluded from the R&D costs however it can not be assumed that Thred will receive sufficient funds to delay any anticipated CR.
