Power Etrade is the Web Iress application
Web Iress is used by most providers
I was with Etrade for 8 years
I just joined a broker name AMSCOT
amscot's web iress is far superior to Etrade
with amscot, for free Web Iress, you must to 20 trades per month (as opposed to Etrade's 10 trades per month)
if you can do 20 trades per month, forget Etrade
go with amscot
