Taylorswift has a point. Although it is true what Monkeypig says "But I really have no idea.". I divested all my shares ystd at a loss, so wait and see. Many expect the January announcement to have a positive effect on share price (SP). The January announcement maybe that it will be delayed ? My guess, because with so many parties involved, it is likely there will be a delay IMO.
