hi Jordan are you talking equities or FX or other markets? For FX there is MT4 (or 5) .. as for equities not sure ... and then you can build your own in .NET or Java (or even in Excel if you wanted to - but not recommended).
Many retail algo software providers remove the emphasis on the ability to code so that the user can concentrate on strategy creation and implementation. But you will most likely have to pay for this.
can you tell us more about your plans? ie how far do you want your algo trading to go? Fully automated or auto signals but manual trades ... and so on thanks
