Metastock pro is not Dynamic..
from memory 10 min upgrades (check their site)
you dont need software for outbreaks
for what you asked
you will pick up these breaks on vars heatseaking watchlists.
ie Sanford Pro client service provides dymamic configurable Watchlists and heatseak graphic.
for Vol only without price Im not as sure, though I understand Sanfords top 20 lists by Volume are also Dynamic.
another traders aid looming is the open access to
Level 3 Broker details
this will certainly level the field for the sharper traders
who will also see which broker is doing the trading.
