Cant see why any volume based indicator shouldnt work on intraday in Metastock stock searches.
Those examples given are comparing daily vols over a 60day period, all on daily tics.
Intraday vol comparisons are not possible , if that is what you meant.
sorry I only use EOD. and get in enough trouble.
This is another simple
volume filter
V>Ref(HHV(V,21),-1)
it looks for higher volume over a 21 day period..
