    I'm no expert but it looks a bit suss to me.. cluff was the ideal candidate for a pump and dump. I could be totally wrong but I would have my finger ready on the sell button if nothing is announced soon.. just my opinion I dont hold any so I dont look at it with rose colored glasses.
