If you look back at BUR posts and info, you will see that this is largely the equity given in exchange for the UK company (with from what I could see, limited assets and history) adn the vendors experience etc.
I think the answer is yes, especially with the 300mill potential performance shares, which are larger than the number raised via the capraising.
So in a nutshell, I think the general shareholder and ex-BUR ones will be largely in the minority, if you know what I mean.
