Well shove the ALDP where it fits because the Aussie Govts both Fed & State could not organise a pi$$ up in a brewery, too much red tape,bickering & back stabbing, look how long these govts have been banging on about unleashing brown coal resource & innovation in Victoria, rah rah rah.
India is now the main game, while ALDP awaits red tape bickering and backstabbing,anything on this front will be a bonus.
Coldry plants will be built in India and for a hell of a lot cheaper.
