The coy has put all of its eggs into the ALDP basket over the last 12 months. The recent focus on India etc doesn't take too much reading between the lines to determine that there is not alot of confidence in being granted government funding.
The whole monash debacle has tainted the image of current management, to the point where announcements are mostly brushed off as 'fluff' by SH's.
That whole imminently and promising money in trances of X amount of weeks has really shot the credibility to pieces.
