    building activity picking up in NSW.Also last five years sugar cane growers sold hundreds of acres of land to developers in cairns/townsville/etc.Now with price of sugar predicted to rise this year even more csr is in the hot seat
    ps similar thing happening to aac with farmers giving up on cattle and planting grains, if cattle prices pick up as predicted this stock should run hard
