    that type of action is one of the reasons to be bullish on price of sugar. i.e. sugar growers becoming impatient and throwing in the towell because of the depressed price the last year or two, this can lead to supplies of the commodity suddenly being below forecasts and surprising many whilst demand continues to grow.
