I am not expecting a negative outcome but on each occasion that i have been told good news it evaporates due to parties ( ARM's Patrice in particular)not signing agreements at the last minute.

What is the use of me saying too much and then possibly falling flat on my face AGAIN if their is a delay or non resolution.

Let's wait for the official news that NKP has been released from its chains.

In the meantime non shareholders can continue posting their crap for a bit longer. Let them knock NKP, its management,OKAP, Peter Landau, uprampers etc. Absolutely no knocking of Anglo, ARM, DMR nor the Sth African legal system that has held us hostage for the past year.
