What is stopping the company putting out a market update on the ASX for its shareholders (you know, the actual owners of the company?
In the interest of the company keeping some sort of rapport with its shareholders (particularly after advocating an improved communication strategy - refer FY20 AGM presentation), this would probably be an advisable course of action to take.
Any self respecting company would do this as a courtesy to its shareholders, particularly after issuing their own timetable for resumption. 3 weeks in suspension and still nothing.
I would encourage all shareholders to voice their opinion to the CEO, Michael Baker.
