I allowed myself 3 trades this arvo : 2 wins and 1 loss for a total of +1.5%
According to my trade management, after 1 win and 1 loss (normally +0.5%) I'm meant to call it a day but because I closed the win manually for only 1% (netting me 0% from the win and loss) I decided to take another trade if the opportunity arose, which it did.
