For now, we're an unlisted Cyprus-based company. We may be able to list in the future, but to be honest, it is going to be a while. Any reputable exchange is going to wait and see. If we are listed this year, it's probably going to be a pretty low rated, difficult to access exchange. Give it a year and we'll see what happens.
There's a lot more capability around to sell internationally these days. There are a few online sources to assist. Unfortunately, these usually come with a lot more paperwork and regulatory guff, so we'll see.
I've only had one situation like this before - an ASX miner bought by a TSX listed miner about a decade ago. We got TSX shares, and the company organised a deal with a broker to help sell investor shares. I contacted them about 6 months in and they told me they weren't doing it any more. I still have the shares, not that they're worth much any more.
