The lack of DRP doesn't usually bother me. I'd rather choose when to buy shares ( on pullbacks ) rather than DRP at elevated prices. Or I can use dividends money to diversify into other holdings. I do also own shares outside of Super that do utilise DRP anyway. As for voting, I couldn't care less. My relatively tiny retail investor holdings will not make any impact whatsoever at voting time. and if I were to strongly disagree with a company's decisions I'd probably sell them anyway.
