Trading today - where will it go

With this mornings announcement how will the market react?

Various institutional funds would have been looking/ waiting for risk abatement before they invest - This has now happened with commercial validity of the project confirmed (to a degree)

There are ~ 13m shares short as of a week ago.. Unsure the exact level now as Bloomberg only has feeds back to the 17th April

I'm picking a close at or around $5 with the stock moving closer to $5.50 maybe $6 at the end next week as various parties start researching and understanding this business opportunity, and how much upside remains as they (hopefully) move to positive FID.

What's everyone else's thoughts?
