bot selling clearly shows these are big players manipulating the stock , if they know plv is going to do a placement other then a third party deal, they will drive her down knowing fully well they will have to discount to mrkt. if Tony cuts the retail component out and goes straight to instos or third party we can look at a premium price reducing dilution

Why would you push the price down, companies can see who is selling, they just look at the register...

they push the price down to get a lot more for a lot less..
its not instos who manipulate the stock, these are guys who control the stock movement ,they have the ability to move her up or down , and you want even know who is selling and buying , most of the time they buy and sell their own stock , maybe you should spend sometime learning how the mrkt. works. plv has traded over 6mill. in the last week i bet you wont see a change in holder notice or even in the top 20
