the big trades can often be market makers from AIM clearing a short position. Occasionally you can see an exact replica trade on AIM if you currency adjust.
Bots are just VWAP buyers - usually an indication of a hedge fund or smaller fund manager seeking an average entry point and it is used for justification to end investors that they are careful about the way they enter and exit trades.
