I heard there's been a US buyer accumulating, so when i say "new" insto buying, that's the buyer i'm referring to.

...Even if they knew a small cap raise was coming, they might not be entitled to much less of it than they actually want. Also the more they buy now, the more they'll be entitled to in any placement/ raising.
