With regards to Guyana, it does confirm what I was told by local business identities from Guyana.

I did not posted this info as it could be moderated and would not be welcomed by many here.

My goal is to invest and make profits, not argue with others.

However, what should be noted is that China has a very keen eye on Guyana resources and their current approach is similar like they did other countries: invest in infrastructure, gain Government influence before getting their hands on resources.
