    They said they would release the terms and conditions of the $30m yesterday or today. Failed.

    They said the annual accounts would be finalised last Saturday. Failed. Now supposedly this week.

    They cannot relist without publishing the annual accounts for a start. Relisting without disclosing the terms of the $30m would probably also breach half a dozen guidelines.

    So very, very unlikely.
