If you have just woken up to this stock, in a nutshell, we have high gearing, one of bank covenants breached. Also poor result didn't help. Big daddy LLC is helping, though.

In reality, nothing that cannot be solved.

Trading at a massive discount to NTA, possibly cheapest REIT in that respect.

I am loaded up and expect it to get up much higher in due course.

Not to mention possible takeover plays from LLC.
