Congratulations fellow true believers...played out as expected (for once!). Agree, would have liked to hold this longer term...good thing is that given this view I haven't sold any, and happy to watch this play out ATM.

They need a lot of votes to get this through, thus expect this is the starting point for negotiation. Only 7m traded today, thus my guess is that instos are expecting a better offer and don't want to hand the upside to the hedge funds.
