with 65% of sales generated online for eroma it makes the perfect acquisition pre entry overseas - combine the best of both businesses for OS entry with supply chain not at risk given eroma owns their own manufacturing facility in china
strategically this acquisition is a master stroke for future growth opportunities - add to that a bargain acquisition multiple and Eroma CEO taking a large chunk of shares as part of the acquisition - a lot to like here for sharesholders
be interesting to see the SP come 2025
