There is no obligation to report quarterly. PNV only reports when it believes it is essential, it is not bound by statutory laws to report quarterly. I can understand if some current shareholders who purchased recently at a higher SP that is now showing in the market, but all have to realize that PNV is one of the most shorted shares in the market and therefore the SP is substantially manipulated. The result is a falling SP and out of our control. DW stepped in last year and purchased shares in opposition to the shorter's with some success, and I know he sold some later to fund acquisition of an asset. I had no problem with that. If shareholders are disgruntled they can of course contact the company or email DW who I might add does send emails to shareholders from time to time giving in sight in to the BTM story.
