I think some of the LTH are too in love with the product and the dream and are missing the issues that we have raised.
Consistency = Transparency = Market confidence in the board and management.
It is entirely acceptable to report lumpy sales and market will react accordingly. What has riled me is the optics of recent events, DW’s superfund sells and followed by the non reporting of quarterly results. The market fully expected PNV to report and that is why the SP has been falling (with the shorter leading the way). Rationally, if I wasn’t so full of confidence in the company I would have done the same or liquidated last majority of my holding.
We are just asking for market best practice not the bare minimum of reporting twice a year. It has done so in the past and can do it and I for one would strongly implore the board improve their practices at the next AGM. Regular quarterly reporting and a full year revenue projection (internally they must have one so why not share with the market).
