These things take time. Things are happening behind the scenes and I'm sure once significant progress is made we will get an update.
Entering a market like India won't happen overnight. Either you don't understand the industry at all (and should stay away from investing in it) or you are being overly critical.
Based on your past history of commenting, I can guess it's both.
