Yes I also remember back then GKP, AOD9604 wasn't a complete failure, it was the delivery method that the management chose back then to change at the last minute, they went from an injectable to an oral formulation at the last hurdle of phase 3 , a bad move, and it wasn't a performance enhancing drug either, it was for muscle bone and cartilage repair, something I would have thought was of great use in football injuries, it was originally designed for helping get rid of tummy fat?
But the one thing good to come out of that investment was the fact that MBP had over $100 million in the bank, which was an ideal entry into the market by PNV and allowed MBP investors some very cheap shares back then, so all up an investment in MBP wasn't such a bad thing IMHO.
