Trading volume and interest IMO clearly lines up with details shared from recent AGM, ECT_REP (whoever it is!!!!!) back on agenda.
Below from ann dt., 17th Dec 2019

even the above carrot has not generated interest IMO.
Again based on recent ann, IMO India is just dead and may be the board is not accepting it rather putting a spin that the engineering design and manufacturing materials is cheap!!!!!
waiting to see how SP will be pumped especially on HC.
