Commercially viable is having a market buying or ready to buy the product at sufficient margin as to yield profit after all costs both direct and overhead irrespective of a tpa figure. We are far from seeing any evidence of the need for any "bce" product in the market through multiple client or wholesale channels at such price point to compete in a market. If there is/was such a market WHY was ECT not there 5+ years ago???
