The high levels of shorting began and is inline with the Talon acquisition, IMO once that transaction is completed the short position should reduce significantly. There is no doubt companies will be interested in acquiring STX and shenanigans will occur. I am just not convinced an offer will present itself right now off the back of a low price. Heavily invested longer term players understand the true value of STX and will flip the bird at any low ball crap offer. I doubt the BOD would even consider presenting a rubbish offer to shareholders either. Just my opinion.
