A few Million shares have changed hands over the last month but no substantial shareholder notices lodged yet
This indicates to me existing large shareholders are not accumulating but rather a new shareholder is about to emerge ( a 5% holding or 7M shares needs to be held before an announcement) or it's just day traders trying to make a quick buck
