I don't know much about tech, but it looks like there is lots of work happening to fix errors and make the product more user friendly. This could explain why some of the large enterprise clients did not continue with the service a year or two ago. It needed work, and they did not have the patience. this should mean that future agreements have a higher take up rate.
one of the notes : As an Organization, I want to sync scheduling information from GetSwift to Scheduling+ sothat I can accurately schedule drivers based on their fleets and shifts.
This sounds like there is some crossover or up selling!
