I'm still here. Just felt like I was saying the same thing everyday. The buy/sell ratio is certainly looking very different.


I don't think we should look past the influence of this change of sentiment on the slightly irrational market movements apparently due to the vaccine. Obviously energy stocks (like EXR) are going to do well. My portfolio is getting a bit touched up today due to my exposure to gold explorers/producers. Also, I'd exited all of my covid exposed equities, all of which are doing exceptionally well today.

As always, the market will over-react in both directions. The fundamental positives for EXR remain. A successful Covid vaccine should serve to increase demand for energy and can only be good for us.

I won't be making any changes to my portfolio based on price movements in one day (I'll leave that for other geniuses) - and my strategy for EXR remains the same - hold until we get taken over - hopefully for $7 billion US +. I'd lose sleep if I wasn't in it - I don't lose any when I am.
